    The Navigating Heartbreak course and coaching completely changed my perspective on breakups and helped get me to the best place possible before thinking about my next partnership.     While no one loves a breakup, I am so grateful that it happened because this course offered me a real-world practicum to better understand what I bring to a relationship and, ultimately, what I need. Not only did this course help me process what just happened to me, working through the full range of emotions, it also showed me that the relationship I was sad to see go would not have ultimately been the healthy, fulfilling relationship I'm seeking.     Join Our February Cohort

    The Next Group Coaching Cohort Begins February 10th

    Our 5-week Group Coaching Cohort begins Tuesday, February 10th. Each session is designed to support you through a step of the 5R Method with clarity and grounding.

    Time and Duration

    Tuesdays • 7:00–8:15 PM EST
    We meet once per week for 75 minutes. Sessions include teaching, reflection, and guided practices you can integrate throughout the week.

    Replays and Flexibility

    Full Replays Provided. If you can’t attend live, every session is recorded and available within 24 hours. If the schedule isn’t ideal, you may transfer into the next available cohort.

    I didn’t create this work from theory alone; I created it from lived experience. I know what it’s like to love deeply, lose suddenly, question yourself, and wonder if you’ll ever feel steady again. My own journey through heartbreak became the doorway into understanding nervous systems, attachment patterns, and the emotional blueprints that shape our relationships. Over the years, I’ve blended that personal healing with professional training to support hundreds of people through breakups, relational trauma, and pattern repetition. I believe heartbreak isn’t meant to break you; it’s meant to wake you up to who you really are. This course is the guide I wish I had when I was finding my way back to myself.
